Capacity Wise Consulting (CWC) has been operating since 2007. CWC has been providing capacity building to organizations and businesses in the Greater Toronto Area and Internationally. CWC provides workshops, seminars and conferences as well as coaching leaders. CWC assists organizations with strategic & fundraising plans; grant writing, organizing events, board and staff training, research and monitoring and evaluation. CWC assists businesses with business plans, policies and procedures, grant applications, loan applications as well as training and coaching leaders.
